NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS:
- Time Frame: You can return the product within 3 days from the receipt of the product.
- Condition: The product must be in saleable condition.
- Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us at their own cost.
- Refund: A refund will be issued after deducting the freight and packaging charges.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

- Go to the "Contact" section under Customer Service on our website.
- Fill out your details.
- Under "Message" mention your Quotation no., & Date of purchase
2. Fill in Order Details:
- Provide the necessary order details to initiate the return process.
3. Send Back the Product:
- Ensure the product is in its original condition.
- Ship the product back to us at your cost.

Eligibility for Return:
- Products must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- Products should be in saleable condition to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed products are not eligible for return under the 3-day return policy. These will be handled under our standard warranty/claims policy.

- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
- The refund amount will be the original purchase amount minus the freight and packaging charges.
